Dr Vic Clarke

I am available to hire for your research, writing, events organisation, and consultancy needs. Currently, I provide copyediting services for De Gruyter academic publishing and the journal The Italianist, as well as conducting research on the feminist journalist Frances Power Cobbe at the University of Leeds.

Previously I have worked in teaching and research across English Literature, Liberal Arts, and History departments at the Universities of Leeds, York, Durham, and Warwick. I’ve also done audience consultation research for the East End Women’s Museum and advised on finding problematic and outdated language in archive collections for the Brotherton Special Collections.
